Malaysian Health Ministry urges seniors to play PS3

The Malaysian Health Ministry wants more seniors to take up gaming as it helps keep their minds sharp and their hands active, reducing their risk of developing Alzheimer\’s Disease. Health Ministry parliamentary secretary Datuk Lee Kah Choon said \”Senior citizens should engage in mental activities. A good way is to use the PS3 or play other computer or video games as it would help to keep them alert and maintain the dexterity of their hands.\” The parlimentary secertary also said that seniors can also play Bridge and Majhong as long as they do not gamble illegally.
