According to the Consumerist, an owner of a faulty 360 emailed both Bill Gates and Kathleen Hogan(Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service) and had great results. The owner was contacted within twenty-four hours from the escalation department and a new console is apparently on its way.

Rockstar baffled by High Court ruling
