UK schools use Wii to get kids exercising in phys ed

Five schools in Worcestershire, UK have used Wii consoles to get children who consistently missed PE lessons exercising. The scheme has been praised and there is the possibility other schools may follow. With British children being among the most overweight in the world, surely teachers should be taking the British Medical Journals recommendations of an hour of moderate to vigorous exercise each day? Also won\’t students also be missing out on developing key skills such as communication and team work.
