We received an e-mail from an angry former Xbox Live user. After signing up to the service for just one month late last year, he was confused as to why MS continued to charge his account despite him not using the service at all. So after calling MS\’s \’customer support\’ they kindly explained it\’s all his fault for not reading the terms and conditions and even though he paid for one month only, MS will keep your info on file and keep charging you until you decide to say otherwise.
